Pepsi Highlights Nuyorican DJ Duo - The Martinez Brothers
Mi Pepsi, Pepsi’s online presence for young Latinos – here’s their Facebook and their Twitter – is launching a video series this Fall featuring Latinos making waves in their fields. Today, they launched the teaser for the series’ first installment, a feature on The Martinez Brothers, a Bronx-based EDM duo that started playing in their teens – when they were too young to even get into the clubs where they were performing – and have gone on to play Ibiza, Dubai…the whole friggin’ world. I remember seeing a spot for these fellas back in 2008 on the popular television show UrbanLatino now AmericanLatino, (for some odd reason) and it’s awesome to see their hard work and efforts finally being recognized on a grander scale. Que viva la RAZA! :)
